PLEASE NOTE: Google Chrome came out with a new update recently. Please navigate to chrome://settings/help to see if you're running an outdated version and update if needed. Next, please navigate to chrome://restart and try again. If you still have trouble, please complete a support ticket.
Why do I have to do this?
GradeTransferer uses Google's authentication protocols to sync your data between devices, verify your identity, and keep your data secure.
Is this secure?
GradeTransferer outsources the security of your account to your email provider to ensure your data is always secured with leading industry standards. Your password is NEVER shared with, or stored by GradeTransferer in any recognizable form.
Sign-in with Google button, or type my email address?
Signing in with the Google or Microsoft buttons is quicker if you have one of those accounts. If your email is from someplace other than Google or Microsoft, please use the 'Email' button to create your GradeTransferer account and then verify your email address.
Please note: Some district web-filters may block the 'Google' or 'Microsoft' buttons. If this is the case, please try using the 'Email' button instead. If that doesn't work either, reach out by completing a support ticket.
Getting "A Network Error" message when trying to sign in
Here is a support page outlining a number of workarounds and troubleshooting steps that can help you resolve the issue.
Not working / acting weird

If you just downloaded GradeTransferer, make sure you restart your Chrome browser before first use. Depending on your computer's settings, you may even need to restart your machine.

If it's only some tabs/windows where GradeTransferer doesn't work, refresh those pages while holding the 'shift' key
